Following advice from his dietitian, he’s keen on incorporating a healthy snack into his routine. The dietitian recommended a daily intake of a low-calorie cracker while engaging in various activities such as watching TV, socializing with friends, or simply relaxing. Raphael has been advised to opt for crackers that contain 200 calories or less per serving.

He’s now determined to explore the range of crackers available in the nearby supermarkets:
